Bought a gateway computer and the hard drive went bad after 6 months always had a problem since I purchased it. Called tech support got someone in India said it was windows and to reinstall, they do not know what they are doing! Finally got an american and he acted as it was my fault, said need to buy cds of gateway drivers and windows, since best buy put in new hard drive and everything is gone till I get the cds. I told them I was not paying for something that should have came with the computer, got 2 managers on the phone finally said they would be free one time only! They should just give you a new computer or your money back!!! Will never buy a Gateway again, bad customer service!!!
