Ripoff fraudulently charge people's credit cards and make it impossible to get a refun

Symantec fraudulently hits peopes credit cards! I downloaded Symantec last year and when I was ordering there was a box automatically checked for an anual renual. I unchecked the box so that I was not going to automatically be charged fo a license renewal a year down the road. I am absolutely 100% certain I left that box unchecked. Then the other day, a year later, I see a charge on my credit card for 52.99, I was shocked that such a large company would commit such downright fraud. I then proceded to call their customer service line to get a refund and was sent to some Indian call center with the rudest customer service I've ever encountered. I have called over 13 times, I have faxed over copies of my bank statements showing that they took money out of my account and they keep telling me someone will call me but it's been weeks now. Has anyone else run into this? I would like to work with people to start a class action against them to keep this from happening to other people.
