Fraudulent deduction from account

Symantec deducts annual Norton anti-virus fee one month before expiry. If you cancel your contract though before expiry, it is impossible to get a refund. At least in my case. Their call centre is hard to access and although their customer service is polite they obviously have no authority to do anything. They are impossible to contact at their Canadian headquarters and do not respond to either faxes or e-mails. Their service is as slow as their anti-virus programme makes your computer, the reason why I cancelled in the first place. Frankly both their product and the service *.
