I bid and won two auctions from cyber-sellers.com on Ebay in Dec. 2006. I paid and recieved my items with a week or so. They arrived filthy, dirty, stinking of smoke, missing pieces, just absolutely atrocious. The items i bid on were stated as mint and like new and they looked so white in the images! (photo editing is suspected)!
They PUFFED them up to seem better than they were, alot better, and ripped me off.in there item descriptions they stated a refund policy if not as described. Well i contact them about this and want to refund this and they threaten me! And scream at me and say that the items are like new. Ok they are YELLOW DIRTY FILTHY STINK OF SMOKE AND ARE BROKEN? Like new? I THINK NOT!
So i had paid via THEIR money request through paypal for these items. Well since i paid via their money request paypal says i cant get a refund cause this isnt on ebay? Yet i bought them off of ebay? TRICKY-THEY PULLING TRICKS TO GET AROUND THE SYSTEM! They know they are at fault and causing trouble. They stole me money and refused to follow there own policies regarding the items.
They misrepresented there items and lied in the process. They are frauds and just out to get peoples money and leave them with a bunch of crap!
Avoid this seller at all cost!
