I bought a G4 labtop 3 years ago. The motherboard has crashed on it 4 times! The 3rd time this happened my Ipod was irreparibly damaged and I lost my hard drive.
Now Apple is giving me the brush off stating there is nothing they can do for me. They said that because the warrenty expired I was out of luck. The last motherboard was replaced only 4 months ago and was supposedly immune to this problem.
I know of many others with this problem and strongly feel we should ban together and get our money back. I've lost at least $2500.00 with this machine and feel I should be compensated. There has got to be some kind of consumer protection laws against these acts.
