They ripped me off

I've been a dedicated apple customer since 2002. I used to buy a new mac every year until I ran into problems getting my computers fixed or serviced. It started with the purchase of my desktop a Powermac G5 in 2006. I paid 3200.00 for the desktop and right out of the box the computer was giving me problems. The problem was unusual for a brand new computer. When I turn the darn thing on it would start up but once it starts to boot I start to get error messages about kernal panics the computer would completely freeze up. I took it to the apple store for repairs and they just sent me back home with the computer saying that they had repaired the problem. I got home connected it and bam! The same problem I took it back and asked them to exchange it I did not want it anymore by this time they came out with new computers and refused to exchange the computer. Now I paid for their warranty that they make you pay 350.00 for and it seemed to me that that wasn't any good I still was covered for three years. The warrenty was supposed to cover the product. They gave me all sorts of excuses not to exchange the product. Eventually they put a new cpu in the computer after a bunch complaining and yelling at the rude apple store employees. I was not happy even thou they put the new cpu in I feel like they stuck me with a defective product. This company has screwed me a lot. I also bought a 32G ipod touch from them that did something bazaar the screen had developed a gray spot on it like it was going out. Now I paid around 500.00 for this iPod after buying the warranty that does not seem to be of any use. I recently purchased it in 2009 and it went bad within months and they told me that they could not do anything blaming me for the damage. This iPod is still looking like I just bought it and I had a protective film on it and bound in a leather case sealing it from any external problems. They still denied me. The same service with my laptop a MacBook Pro 17" it slipped and fell to the ground and it still worked but it ran very slow. The damage to the outside was minor and I only had this laptop for a few months it was still new purchased around the time i bought the iPod and I took it to them and they straight up denied me any service I paid 3800.00 for it in the end with their crappy warranty. I did not even argue with them I was tired of arguing with them. I ended up having to spend another 3800.00 for a new one.By the way that their favorite line " you have to buy a new one" This company ripped me off big time and I feel like they totally took advantage of me. I would not be a problem if they sold their products cheap but as you can see they took me for a pretty penny and make it so bad I am not making my money back off of the computer. Let's give them a taste of their own medicine. They have been getting away wit this for years and made millions of dollars off of people like me. It hurt my pocket when I had to "buy the new laptop.
