Purchased a copy of Windows XP from this company only to find that the CD key was invalid upon installation. After contacting and requesting a refund they issued a fedex return label for me to ship the product back to them with. One week afterwards I found no refund statement in my checking account statements, so I emailed the man stating that I have gotten no refund on my check card for the return of their product. The man responded saying "You should see it tomorrow". After 3 weeks and still seeing no refund, I emailed the man again asking whether there was some kind of mix up or if he was trying to rip me off. I never heard from him since.
