Purchased item and returned it due to poor quality for the price. Sent back with in the time parameters, and was told i would be issued a refund the following day. It is now a month later and still have not received a refund. I emailed several times after they said that they would process the refund, and no one responded. After filing a dispute with my credit card company, i heard from co2 stating that they apologized and they hadnt responded due to being on holiday for 3 weeks. I then informed them that i had already filed the claim, and they said they would process the return shortly after. Again, lied. Still no refund has been given. Will continue the dispute process with the credit card.
