8/18/04 ordered prescription sheets from pharmaspain.com which were to allow me to pruchase sustenon legally. On 8/28/04 rec'd.information which led to 3 three deadends.
I immediately emailed [email protected] demanding refund or I would contact every available agency I could find. They agreed to refund $89.00 upon receiving photocopy of check.
I spent $5.00 and mailed photocopy. After aprox. One week I emailed asking status of refund. Finally I rec'd. Email on 9/14/04 which said
Dear sir: please expect refund early next week. Thank you for your patience, pharmaspain.com
Refund never arrived. After several unanswered emails, I sent email stating if your not going to refund my $89.00 at least have the courage to say so. Rec'd. Emailed asking if I had verified my name and address?
So I emailed my name & address. Another week lapsed and no refund. I emailed daily and no answer from pharmaspain.com I reminded them that I will be contacting Dept. Of Consumer Affairs and other agencies if money was'nt refunded.
I rec'd. Emailed 9/30/04 dear mr smith your refund has been mailed. Thank you for your patience. Phamaspain.com
Now phamaspain.com isn't answering any of my emails and I still have'nt rec'd. Refund; today is 10/8/04.
