I purchased a wig from Is that a wig.com It was one of their stock wigs. I was not satisfied with it all. I emailed them and told them so. I was told to return it and was given the address to return. Didn't hear anything for a week or so. Emailed them. They responded with what do u want another unit or refund. Told them refund.
It has been over four months and now no one is responding and I have not received my $350.00. Has anyone else dealt with this site. Any recommendations on how to get my money back.
