Ordered blinds on 8/5/05, credit card charged on 8/4/05
Received blinds on 8/10/05, contacted best blinds to say they were crooked and unacceptable. 8/10/05 emailed pictures to the company to show them the problem.
On 8/19 received first label for return to prestige widows. Obviously the Factory who actually construct the blinds.
On 9/19/05 received blinds back after 3 phone calls to them on 9/8,9/13,9/16.
On 9/20 opened blinds to find that they were the same blinds without correction. Notified bestblinds on 9/20.
On 9/23 Emailed customer service supervisor Efraim Cohen about my dissatisfaction. He has not responded to me as of today 10/18/05.
Phoned on 9/26 spoke to Eddie he stated that once prestige windows receives the blinds again and see damage they will credit. Received 2nd return label on 9/29/05. Returned Blinds to Prestige windows.
Prestige windows received blinds on 10/3/05.
Received phone call on 10/10/05 stating that the blinds had been corrected, they will not make a new set or credit my account. The blinds are perfectly fine.
Called Best blinds on 10/18/05 they state that prestige will send out blinds tomorrow. I am not convinced that they will be fixed or even be sent for that matter. It's been 10 weeks now and they have no respect for the consumer.
