I mailed in my rebate form for a laptop I purchased in March and never received my $100. I made several phone calls to Dell, where representatives stated that they had received my rebate form and the money would be received by dates that came and went several times over. After again not receiving my rebate by the company's stated deadline I called and was told that they have no record of receiving my rebate, despite the fact that I produced a confirmation number that they emailed me upon receipt of my rebate form.
