I purchase an X2gen LCD in Sept. This monitor had a $75 rebate which I filled out and mailed properly on October 6. The rebate was mailed to an address which indicated it was going directly to X2gen.
When I did not receive the rebate in 12 weeks, I called X2gen and was told their rebates are handled by Onrebate.com.
After getting no response from Onrebate.com, I called X2gen and emailed their support, but they will not help me get my rebate.
