Below is an outline of our licensing. This will explain to you why you are not authorized to resell our intellectual property.
1. Use. Licensor grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, license to use Licensor's Software and accompanying documentation in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License. Your use of the Software is restricted as follows: a. The Software shall be operated only from the original CD on which it is contained and shall be used only on a single stand-alone computer or a single network node from which node the Software cannot be accessed by another computer. Therefore, you may not use the Software except as specifically provided in this License. Licensor retains all rights not expressly granted. 3. Restrictions. You may not transfer, rent, lease, loan or time-share the Software or accompanying documentation.
4. Confidentiality. The Software contains confidential trade secret information belonging to Licensor, and you may use the software only pursuant to the terms of the license set forth herein.in addition, you may not disclose the Software to any third party.
Mr. Payne, as you may be aware, the unauthorized reproduction and/or distribution of computer software products constitutes a violation of the United States Copyright Act of 1912. The Federal Bureau of Investigation investigates copyright infringement. Copyright infringement is a criminal violation that may subject you to a variety of penalties including fines and imprisonment.
In addition, copyright infringement may make you liable to SkillSoft for civil damages consisting of lost revenue. Lost revenue to SkillSoft may be calculated based upon SkillSoft's suggested retail price for each course that you distribute, whether you charge for the course or not (approximately, U.S. $2,500.00 times the number of copies of SkillSoft courseware that you have unlawfully made, sold, or otherwise distributed).
Please respond stating that you understand the above terms and you will cease all and any attempts to resell the intellectual property in question.

They also include a threating message at the bottom of all of there emails claiming that you cannot copy or publish what they say. Legally this means nothing as there emails are not a legal document and are not subject to a gag order untill and if ever they are used in evidence in a legal court case.
