A Dell representative called and told me of an offer to extend my Warranty. He told me it would be 300.00 dollars for 3 years. I told him I wasn't interested.
He then say it would cost only $ 200.00 because of a $100.00 mailing rebate.
It's been over 4 Months and I have not yet received it.
I was not able to contact them on the phone, nor by e-mail or on the web.
I cannot find an address I can send my complaint to.
