DELL Home Systems Mail In Rebate DELL either lied to me or conspired to cheat me. Promised a $75 rebate for a service contract. Failed to comply

Dell engages in deceptive phone sales practices!
Sales Person Christopher Joy phoned me to extend my service warranty on my Dell Laptop.
I was charged $189.69 and was to receive a refund of $ 75.
Dell was very prompt in charging me the $ 189.69.
I filled out the necessary papers. Now I get a runaround for finding and receiving my refund.
DELL did not make the refund of $ 75.
Mr. Joy either lied to me or Dell is using deceptive practices
to RIP OFF the customer!
