It seems the newest PAYPAL scam when you pay for something purchased from EBAY etc. Is to try and process the payment using default bank account or payment option like a Visa card, say it was declined and then say that your backup payment option did not process either thereby resulting in that bank charging you their $20 to $30 overdraft or payment declined fee. I haven't figured out yet who ends up with this $ (the bank, PAYPAL or both, but my advice after paying $60 for a $15.99 item is to use PAYPAL for emergency use only! It's just a thought but a one day electronic protest by everyone not using PAYPAL could cause some heartburn for them don't you think? Just don"t use it!
