A charge for $14.95 showed up on my Qwest bill for a service I did not order. When I called Privasafe they said I did sign up for their service, even though they couldn't really tell me what the service was. Apparently if you click on just the right thing while cruising the web, you're signed up for this service. They said they would reverse the charges so I'm not paying that part of my phone bill.
How does the phone company have the right to put something on our phone bills for services that they know nothing about? Qwest takes zero responsibility for it but it's on their bill!!! I'm also getting tons for telemarketing phone calls now. Time to re-register with the Do-Not-Call-List!!
