I recieved my dsl phone bill (from sbc) with a charge for 14.95 tax from the company OAN for Privasafe email service. I had never heard of this company before I got the bill. I tried several times to contact this company with no response to either emails or calls.
Finally sent a dispute claim to my phone company and had them change my account to require authorization before changing anything on my bill. This is so rediculous why haven't they been stopped?
