I was charged 14.95 on my qwest bill for something i've never heard of

I found a $14.95 charge from this "company" on my Qwest bill. There is no way to contact them. I called the ESBI number listed on the billing page and was forwarded to a voicemail box, that was FULL—big surprise.

Qwest told me to simply not pay that portion of the bill. They also told me that "PRIVASAFE" can turn me over to collection for non-payment.

Good grief—I had never authorized this company to do anything, had never heard of them, until the charge showed up on my phone bill.
