Same Thing Happened To Me. Ripoffs, I canceled they charged my account again in the same month

The same type of thing happened to me. I called to cancel my account after the 4 week trial, actually during it. The first time i called i waited about 30 minutes on the phone and was on hold the entire time, so i decided to call back the next day. I did and the same thing happened so i sent them an email saying what happened and said in the email i would like to cancel my account. I heard nothing from them and then i had a debit of 15.99. So i contacted them and they said that my account was not canceled and said it was now canceled. Then they charged my account again in the same month. So if my account wasn't canceled when i first contacted them that means i had 1 month of service and i was charged for 2. I have been trying to contact them to get a refund but they just keeping sending me the same email back. They tried to tell me i couldnt cancel by sending email even though their site states this;

So i did contact customer support and that is what the website says so i should not have been charged.
