I googled ZML's website and signed up for their 3 day trial. As I was scrolling through their site within and hour they had ugraded my account and charged my card $39.90. I was fuming and decided to just cancel my account and I did so that day within an hour of opening it after they had charged me. I have been trying to contact them, but the only means of contacting them is by email and I have been emailing them from day one and get emails back that don't address the issues I have with them.in my several attempts to get a refund when I looked up my account it showed there was a second charge for the $39.90. They now have charged me twice and the second charge shows they are the same merchant, but shows the web address of filepie.com which I had never been on or sighen up for and ZML's site does not state anywhere on their site that they are affiliated with them and that I would be signing up for another service as well. I am now out $80 and for what? They sent me an email today stating they refunded my account, but like i said before there was no refund and instead a second charge. I cancelled my account within an hour of signing up for the FREE 3 day trial and they are telling me that I signed up twice and neither of them were canceled in that 3 day trial, and they even are tryimg to tell me the dates of which I canceled them. It is so infuriating! I will not do business with this company ever! I just want my money back, as I am owed. I will never sign up for anything, free or not, free trial, whatever again.
