When problem first started, I called HP and they sent me recovery disks twice. Neither worked. Took computer to authorized dealer who said power switch was not working. Computer still did not work. Called HP several times trying to solve problem. Sent it back the HP twice, but still does nothing when it comes on except tells you to reboot. Warranty has expired now and computer still not working. I had a computer person at work look at it and was told that the motherboard had been struck by lightning. I have had no luck in ordering another motherboard. The only company I've found that have it has been out of stock since last year. I desperately need this computer working. It only work a couple of months.
