I purchased my laptop on 4/7 i was very happy with my choice until 11 I started having problems. Found out it was the motherboard and also found out from other sources that there had been a recall on this model. Anyway i called hp and send it them and they replaced the motherboard at no charge. Then on sept I called them again they could not tell me what was wrong with my computer. Again. Without a charge. It would turn on but nothing onscreen (black)... Now I have this expensive computer that doesnt work and they will not fix it again even though I got them to tell me what was wrong. They said. Motherboard. What? Twice I need a replacement on this worthless thing sitting on my desk with no picture what can be done? Please! I need my computer back. Plus I have alot of pics I can not download because it doesnt turn on HELP!!!
