I bought my computer from shopnbc 16 months ago. I did not have problems until 2 months ago. I took the computer to best buy because the warranty ended and Tech service for the company said their was nothing they could do because my warranty expired. I just got a call from BestBuy and guess what? Yes, you got it right, the motherboard needs to be replaced but they said I would be better off getting a new computer.
If a class action is filed against this company I would be interested in getting involved. I bought a computer from Walmart for the kids and it runs better than this 2000 dollar computer.
I advice anyone who was thinking about purchasing a computer from this company to look elsewhere.
