I had a bad gut feeling about this place. I had viruses on my computer and needed to get rid of them. I know very little about computers but wanted the problem fixed. Mahmood the owner told me he would get rid of all the viruses for $179.00 and back up files for $25.00. I was OK with that because I needed my computer fixed for work. He told me to come back the next day to pick it up at the same time 12:00PM. I went back the next day and of course one of the employees said it had not even been worked on and Mohmood was not there. The third day I came back and Mohmood told me that they had to put in a new power switch; which is the part where the power cord plugs into. I laughed at him; I had the computer working the day before I took it in to get the viruses fixed. I had it for 5 years no power problems and I had it working the day before I gave it to him and some how he says it's bad and doesn't work. Ahahaha I told him I knew he was trying to scam me, but there was nothing I could do because he knows I need the computer. This is how I knew he was lying; He told me when you dropped the computer off I tried to call you soon after to tell you the power switch did not work. (I did by accident give him the wrong phone number but that doesn't matter). He (First day) told me the computer would be ready the next day, when I went back the next day to get my computer the employee said they have not even worked on it yet. The employee told me nothing about the power switch problem because they had not even looked at my computer yet. But Mahmood told me that he knew about the so called bad power switch the day I brought my computer in but didn't tell anyone. Hahahah He doesn't even work on the computers, he has technicians for that. He was totally lying, He tried to show me that the old power switch did not work but they can always mess with it so it doesn't work. I had a bad gut feeling about this place and my gut was right. I ended up having to pay $246.02. I took this as a lesson to always listen to your gut feeling.
