I purchased a dv5z laptop for my son. I have sent the computer back 2 times and the computer is still not working right. My 12 yr. Old, also had to go to the er because the fan does not work and he burnt his arm. I am thankful that he does not have any scars. I am on the phone with customer services, i am being told they will fix the problem what a joke. Everytime hp repairs the computer, it comes back in worse condition. If i wrote done everything that is wrong with the computer, i would be here all night. Where do we go for help. This is crazy...
