I have contacted the company over a year ago (for the third time) and requested cancellation. I continue to get billed for both aol and sister company aolnetmarket. I don't use either aol company.
The first cancellation attempt, the representative asked us to try it free for the next 3 months and if we didn't like it we could cancel. We tried cancellation again and they promised to not to charge again, but they did.
AOL rips-off busy consumers like you and me because they have found away to delay confrontation!
