Ripoff, fraudulent cancelation requests, continuous billing after cancel request

I had cancelled my enrollment in the companies Enzyte distribution more than two weeks ago. I tried using there 96shoes cancellation site. It said at the time that I would be canceled. I was billed for 69.99 on my credit card more than a week after I had requested cancellation.
