I have constantly having trouble with my Dell computers and they will not fix. They even tell me they will call back and don't. They tell me they will email me back, they don't.
They want me to do all the repairs myself while on the phone. If you have multiple problems with the computer which I do they will ask you which one is more important.
They than tell you to call back with the other problems. I will never purchase a dell again. The tech that I have talked to (different ones) cannot fix another problem that I have. Is the hard drive is set up for G instead of C which makes it impossible almost to put programs and accessories on the computer.
As of now I have a hard drive that keeps crashing, cd and dvd drives are not working properly, have to reboot for every use. USB ports do not reconize accessories all the time. Computer freezes all the time.
Can't get my IPOD to work on the computer, it won't reconize the G drive wants to go to the C drive. Techs say they don't know how to change the drives.
Stay away from Dell... Warning
