On August 8 I inquired on the internet to find out which DVD? CD will work on my computer the store rep. Told me via e maail that the pioneer model #107d should work. I ordered it on the 9 of Aug. 2004 andd it arrive to my address on the 10th of a Aug. I installed it and it did not work. I email the store manager and he e mailed me back instructions as to how to correct the problem.
I followed it to the letter and it still did not work. I called the pioneer rep. And he walked me through the steps while on the Phone and after completing. The unit still did not work. I called the store manage and told him the pioneer rep. Advised me to return it to the dealer becaaause it seems to be defective. He gave me a RMA# and I sent it back It arrived back to me on Oct 12.2004 and installed it and it still did not work. And assked for a RME # to return it and he said that he can't because it is used item now and I told him that I will contact the consumer affair and he said go ahead. I did thid and also e mailed a complaint to the attorney Generals office. I e mail the store and requested a RMA # and it gave me one. I returned it to them via FEDEX and it was delivered to the front desk. On the 10th of Oct. Please help me get my money back the amount is $139.00 Thanks
