Ordered internet and it did not work... Everytime I called they offered more services at reduced rates. Rewrote orders to reflect changes. They canceled my service that never functioned and sent me a bill for $52 for internet that never worked and was unusable. They are refusing to provide the services that two representatives offered. Bait and switch scam. I still have no internet after fighting with them for over one month. No end in site. Poorly trained rude customer service people. Crooked business practices. I thought qwest was bad but I would welcome them back.
