I signed up for Centurylink / prizm 9 mo's ago. Tv freezes often, with internet goes down multiple times a day. I've had more than 6 technician visits and spoken with more than 30 representatives on the phone.

Centurylink claims I have not demonstrated a "continuing problem" and will not release contract.

Unbelievably bad product and customer service.
