This is a combination of consumer fraud, coupled with direct violations of the Federal Do Not Call List by CenturyLink clearly selling my telephone number and e-mail address to an ever growing number of telemarketers and internet scam artists and fraudulent charging me for several services that I am not receiving including an unlisted and unpublished telephone number and overcharging me for a broadband internet service speed I had with Qwest prior CenturyLink buying Qwest out and them
breaking my established wi-fi connection I already had with Qwest. A total failure to provide badly need start up and Centurylink own program discs, poor technical support that even including stopping my already paid for telephone and internet service when I complained and threats by two CenturyLink Employees. I am a disabled senior citizen with serious medical problems and so part of my telephone service is paid for by the TAP Program and need the available use of a land line in the event of a medical emergency. I had both telephone and internet service breakdowns directly linked to improper of defective CenturyLink equipment as well. This various problems all started the very day that CenturyLink took over from Qwest Communications and CenturyLink refuses to fix them. So, I have also filed several on-going FCC and FTC Formal Complaints against CenturyLink as well.
