Bills Wrong for Over a Year and Auto Pay Warning

I have had CenturyLink for over 2 years and have had nothing but trouble from them. My CenturyLink bills have been wrong for over a year and they refuse to fix the errors. Customers NEVER use auto pay with CenturyLink they will take more them they should.
