CenturyLink not a happy customer - Internet/Phone/Cable/Customer Service

I have had CenturyLink for over 2 years and havehad nothin but trouble fro them. My CenturyLink bills have been wrong for over a year and they refuse to fix the errors. Customers NEVER use auto pay with CenturyLink they will take more them they should.
