I contacted you on 10/4 about a double billing error and you promised to reslove it. (AT&T sent me a phone bill when I have your phone service) I got yet another bill from AT&T about a $4.56 when I use YOUR service! I am concerned that it will show up as a slow pay on my credit report. I have contacted the NC Attorneys General office also to ensure resolution. Your Customer Service over the phone STINKS... Everyone wants to give you another number and it takes HOURS to get to anyone that you THINK might be able to help.
I have all your services and I feel like I am worthless to you!
