Finace Department can't help existing cutomers - LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to resolve a Time-Warner billing error since April. After about 50 phone calls to the customer serive department trying to reach the finance department who sent me a letter but fails to return my calls or speak with me I have resulted to hire a lawyer to resolve this matter. I signed up for direct bill back in October and have received a letter and over 2 years of invoices stated I owed Time-Warner Cable -0- dollars and my account was debited on the due date. They sent me a letter 2 years later demanding I owe them $2,600 for services and wanted it immediately. They fail to clear up this matter and now my credit is being ruined since my account was put in collection instead of them trying to talk to me and resolve this matter. It was there error and I have much proof to show this error. I have written letters to their Presidential Team in Garfield Heights, Ohio and spent numerous hours wasted on the phone with their customer service dept. I hope someone in management will resolve this soon or Time-Warner will be hearing from my lawyer.
