Disappointed new customer - CABLE

I was contacted by the Fraud Prevention/credit department of Time Warner. A young lady by the name of Michelle spokde to me about a bill my husband had with them over 5 years ago. Now I am a new customer of Time Warner when I called one month ago to obtain service I was told I was good nothing came up about service in the past. Now I get this phone call threating me on disconnecting my service if i don't pay a bill that I was just an authorized person to make changes on the account. I think it rude bring something up to me that is 5 years ago and I was not the person who otbained it. I will look into additional cable service else where.
