Not responding to my e mails for a paid item that has not been delivered

I paid for a box of weight loss tava tea has not been received after c! Ountless e mails i have still not had a response from the company rodvue healthcare solutions
i have requested a refund still no response the only way to contact this company is by e mail i believe the company is a scam and to not respond to my emails after 24hours as they promise is an absolute disgrace.
