Ordered online green tea tea bags from Roduve Healthcare Solutions on 12th August. Paid by credit card and dispatch was promised between 5 and 7 business days. When order didn't arrive I sent email and did not receive a reply. I sent a second email which I received an automated reply claiming I would receive a reply to my enquiry within 13 hours. After no reply was received, I sent a third email and have still not received a reply.
