I purchased Tava Tea from Roduve Healthcare Solutions, last February 1, and was informed that within 24 hours I would be getting a status of my order. But apparently, up to this time, it has been more than a week now, I haven't received any replies from them. All I get were ticket numbers indicating "Your request has been received, and is being reviewed by our support staff". Even my inquiry regarding their address and contact details is taking a long time to be replied at. It gives me warning signs that this could be a SCAM!!
