Roduve healthcare no reply to my emails or information about delivery of my item internet

I ordered some Tava tea from roduve and then recieved a email stating that they will contact me when my goods are going to be shipped. So i waited and waited but recieved no reply. I then emailed the shipper 5 times and still recieved no reply. I even called him but no answer...
