The first day I signed-up with SP I needed to e-mail them because I was having trouble registering with there database. They state that they respond within 24 hours. Two days later I had no response. Another e-mail went out to SP. Again no response. On the seventh day my third e-mail, as the previous two, was sent through there "Contact Us" section. Yep! No response.
I then found another e-mail address in the "Privacy Policy". I'm still waiting for a response. My next step is to contact The company that I actually paid.
After reading all the negative comments regarding SP I realized what a scam this is. I wish I had known about Usa Consumer Complaints.com before I paid my $35.00. I know were to check next time.
The only humorous thing about this is that on the third day I was asking my wife "Why don't they answer me. Can't be a rip-off"
