I ordered the Tava, weight loss tea from Roduve healthcare on the 3rd march. They told me to wait up to 15 business days for my order to arrive. After waiting for 20 business days my order still did not arrive. After contacted them, they asked me if I would like a refund or if they should resend my order. I told them to resend it, then waited an extra 20 business days and that order 'again' still did not arrive. I then asked for a full refund including the secure shipping and insurance! I am still waiting to this day for my refund which they told me to wait up to 10 business days for. I have been waiting for months! They are not replying to any of my emails about my refund. I have sent many regarding when I will receive my money. Terrible customer service! I want my money back!
Stay away from roduve! It's a scam!
