Ordered tava tea and never recieved it. Said they wojld send refund or another replacement and now wont respond to me and i never got either one. It hsas been three months now

I ordered tava tea on 2/28 for $34.12 on the website www.weightlosstea.com. I waited for a month before contacting them about my product. They informed me it was sent out and i should get it anytime. I waited another couple weeks and emailed them again. They asked if i would like another sent out or a refund. I requested a refund. They said they refunded it and have not responded to me since.
