Will not return email. I want to return the item and cannot get response

I ordered Slimweight Patch on Dec. 2 and used it but the patches kept falling off. I emailed the company to return the item. I got email back stating that is was being looked into and have not heard back from them. I have emailed them twice.

I would like some response as to what to do. The phone number I have for them will ring but then cut off. I can not get anyone to respond. I want to return the item and get a credit on my card.

There is not a US address anywhere on the packaging. I hope this is not a rip off.

Need help!!!
