Slimpatch 6 mnth supply was ordered on 11/28/10 never received product, have emailed and called, no response

As of yet 01/03 I have not received my Slimweight patches. The money has been debited to my credit card as of 11/29/10.

I have contacted your customer support who told me to get back to them, I sent an email to your customer support dept, I have not received any response.
