I received my order of DVDS but the one item that was ordered was of poor quality. They say you can return the items within 30 days of purchase. (pd 3-12-13) So I emailed and asked for an address to return the item. They are to get back to you within 24 hours. I'm still waiting. But I had issues with the del. They did not send tracking inform so I emailed them several times with the threat of not paying. Finally I received tracking inform. My package came from china with no return label. I just want to return this item and get my money back.
