Failure of company to return my request... To return an item purchased

On 10/12/08 I ordered an Iron Man costume online from Costume City. I received the costume by mail 10/16/08. On 10/16/08 when I removed the costume from the box, I noticed the size was too small for my son. Somehow, I must have clicked the wrong button and ordered the wrong size. That day, I attempted to contact Costume City per their return policy at [email protected], requesting for a return authorization. I did not receive any response by phone or email. I attempted to call Costume City again the next day via email and phone without any return response. Then again on 10/20/08 as well as 11/6/08 via email and phone without response. I made my final attempt today 11/11/08 via telephone and have not received any response back. I would like to return the item and receive a full refund. Per their return policy, you have five days to return an item, it must be done before 10/19/08, and you must have a return authorization number in order to receive appropriate credit or they will just mail the item back to you. That is why I tried promptly once I noticed the costume would not fit my son. This company has not responded to any of my emails nor phone calls.
