I placed an order for around 300.00, and after 1 week, we could not use 1 item that cost 147. I emailed benfranklin and Kathy said to repackge the item and return via UPS. I did return the item and I also verified that they received the item. It has been 30 days since they received the item and still no return on my credit card. I have called and left voice mails and emails and they will not respond. Can anybody help me resolve this problem?
